10th Annual juried art competition and exhibition

Bridgeport Art Center proudly announces a CALL FOR ENTRIES to our 10th Annual juried art competition and exhibition that will take place in its 4th Floor Art Gallery from May 20 – July 1, 2022. Applications will be accepted beginning Tuesday, February 1st, 2022.  Application deadline: APRIL 11th, 2022. $6,000 in prizes, including a $3,000 BEST OF SHOW prize, a $2,000 2nd Prize and a $1,000 3rd Prize will be awarded by 3 distinguished jurors. The exhibition will run through July 1, 2022.  The competition is open to all artists, aged 18 and over, who live or have studios within a 150-mile radius of Chicago. Work must have been created within the last three years. Upon being selected, delivered work must match the submitted entry image. The competition accepts a broad spectrum of art media and styles.
