About the event
Open Nights festival is an interdisciplinary arts festival that will be presented in 2022 in the city of Larissa, in central Greece. The festival creates and energizes areas on the edge of the visual arts with other arts and the participation of other scientific fields, targeting real life. The theme of the 7th Open Nights Festival is: Body (SOMA) Where is the body today? Where is it when governments treats it as a machine aiming in its power, and impose discipline in order to maximize its utility for the socio-political system? Where is the body when immobility is suggested as a way to sustain life? Where is the young or the old body that dances, the body that dares?
