About the event
“Of Glitter, Honey, and Gold” is seeking submissions for a multidisciplinary group show celebrating “Fly Girl” culture amongst Women of Color. Curated by Erynne Byrd, this exhibit will explore the decorative nails of the 90s, crimped curls, encrusted rings and décolletage’s adorned in Gold. The goal of this exhibit is to create space for the innovators of today’s fashion to be seen, heard, and understood. We are accepting a range of disciplines from photography, multimedia art, painting, sculpture, jewelry, and more.
