FREE ENTRY / City of Toronto - Nuit Blanche: Open Call Projects

Project proposals are now being accepted for Nuit Blanche 2025. Interested applicants are encouraged to attend an online Accessibility for Public Art Workshop , which is now rescheduled to November 22. 

The City of Toronto seeks art projects for the upcoming Nuit Blanche on October 4, 2025. Proposals are accepted for two distinct programs: Independent Projects, open to Toronto-based artists, and Open Call Projects, open to international and Canadian artists and selected by the 2025 curators for inclusion in their respective exhibitions.

Proposals are assessed and selected based on artistic merit, project feasibility and relevance to the theme, Translating the City. Works by contemporary artists, artist collectives and collaborations between artists, researchers or creators working in other disciplines relevant to the theme are encouraged.
