About the event
This cultural initiative was born from a municipal desire in 1969. Encouraging artistic creation, it brings together young visual artists (registration age limit: 40 years) for a collective exhibition and the obtaining of an annual prize awarded by a jury of artists testifying to the diversity of contemporary art.
The initiative includes, in addition to the exhibition of the candidates, the presentation of a prize to two winners as well as their personal exhibition.
To ensure dynamic support for pictorial creation and to welcome all the diversity of its influences, the competition has changed its participation terms since 2018. It is open to the submission of artistic applications online .on the basis of which the jury will choose the final selection.
