FREE ENTRY / Mutant Grant + Exhibition At Amari Bar (Munich)

MUTANT is a tech start-up from Munich, Germany. We create tools to manage and send multimedia files. One of these tools is a visual version of Wetransfer specializing on images, a way to send 100s of high resolution images to others via a ‘contact sheet’, a high resolution version of your even higher resolution photos, but in a more visual way. In short, we create tools for creatives and power users, and photographers are one demographic that we love to create software for.

How to Enter

• Open to professional photographers worldwide.
• Applicants must be 18 years or older.
• In order to participate, you need to, in addition to submitting your work on Picter, we will ask you to create a ‘contact sheet’ using MUTANT, and to paste the shared link generated by MUTANT in the submission form of Picter. We describe how this works in this video from our youtube channel

Submission Requirements

• All submissions should be photo stories. A photo story is defined as a series of images that tell a story or highlight a particular theme.
• Each submission should consist of a minimum of 15 photographs.
• Images should be submitted in JPEG format
• All images should be original and the sole work of the applicant. No watermarks are allowed.
• A brief description or narrative of the photo story (up to 2000chars) should accompany the images.
• Submissions have to be, in addition to Picter, uploaded creating a ‘Contact Sheet’ using MUTANT at mutant.one. Applicants can create a free account there to upload their images, creating a high resolution contact sheet. How this works is explained in this video from our youtube channel
