Nature, Being & Technology aims to explore the integration of technology into historically handmade practices and how manufacturing and digitalization is changing the landscape of contemporary textile/fibre arts and societal perceptions of applied technology.Materializing imagination and finding expression for stories has been the nature of humans driving evolution. Textiles hold and carry our history of being in this world and through the innovative minds behind textile & fibre art creation we will discover forms of the future.Inauguration for the group exhibition will be November 7, 2025 concurrent with the opening of internationally celebrated contemporary fibre artist Egils Rozenbergs’ exhibition Signs of the Time.
