FREE ENTRY / Queer Youth Art Collective - Freelance Role

Queer Youth Art Collective (QYAC) is the UK’s only national LGBT youth service working specifically in the arts. We provide a safe place for young LGBT people to breathe a little easier, share experiences, advice, resources and creativity.

Queer Youth Art Collective (QYAC) is looking for two new queer freelance facilitators with youth work and/or arts facilitation experience to join our team here in London. QYAC facilitators provide a mix of social support and art-making support for young people who attend QYAC workshops. They are a warm and welcoming presence in the space. You will work in close collaboration with Co-Directors Fred & Becca who alternate in leading the sessions each week. You will be supporting visiting artist practitioners with their workshops.

Eligibility: We are looking for people with experience of youth work; however you do not need any prior experience working in arts facilitation, just an interest in art.

What you get: £200 per day (paid by invoice) and guaranteed sick-pay
