About the event
The Missoula Parks and Recreation Board reserve the right to make all final installation and placement decisions. Artists are encouraged to be present during installation. Installation procedures will involve several steps. The artist must provide a metal plate attached to the bottom of the sculpture. The concrete slab or pedestal will also have a metal plate attached and the two metal plates will then be spot welded for security.
