THE SECRET SALON is an exclusive art exhibition hosted in a physical gallery space in the heart of East London, close to Hackney where The Rolling Stones launched their new album "Hackney Diamonds" recently. Nearby to the Abba arena and the famous Anish Kapoor sculpture at the Queen Elizabeth 2 park. This open call is for International artists only (for UK artists, please see separate listing)
THE SECRET SALON - "RECONSTRUCT" Opportunity for International (non-UK) based artists to exhibit their work digitally in a historic warehouse gallery space in East London on 2nd December 2023. CURATED by the brilliant London born Andree Adley BA Hons CSM, take a look at her Instagram to get a feel for her vibe @andreeadleyartist All media is welcome in any style but it must relate to the theme in some way : RECONSTRUCT - " To build or form (something) after it has been damaged or destroyed." All media : 2D, painting, drawing, 3D, ceramics, glass, sculpture, collage, mixed media, digital art and photography. All selected artworks will be presented on a large LCD screen as part of the wider Secret Salon: Reconstruct exhibition. This is an excellent opportunity for artists to show their work in an exceptional LONDON location to a London audience. A video of the event will be streamed on social media and will also be available offline for selected participants.

It is FREE to submit up to 5 works; If selected there is a £35 participation fee per work. The Secret Salon is a not-for-profit venture, all participating artists share the costs towards overheads of events, anything left over goes towards future shows.
