FREE ENTRY / VKKT - WindArt 2025 in Travemünde

Travemünde is a modern Baltic Sea resort with great recreational value. The main attraction is the beach promenade, the fine sandy beach and many large ships that sail right past the beach chair. And then there is the art! Galleries in the city invite you to visit and in public spaces there are many works of art that move in the wind.

We, the Association for Art and Culture in Travemünde eV (VKKT), have been organizing an art project with creative kinetic sculptures in public spaces since 2009 - the WindArt, which takes place every year from May to October. But even beyond this time, WindArt sculptures are present to a wide audience all year round.
