Grey Cube Gallery - Artist's Choice Art Contest

Grey Cube Gallery proudly presents the fourth "Artist's Choice" online art contest for the month of November 2023. Artists from around the world are welcome to submit. Contest is open to all media and all subject matter in any style. All visual art mediums (except video and sound) are allowed. All wining artists (Merit Award & Honorable Mention) will receive a digital award certificate. The application fee is $20 for the 2 images of artwork. The deadline to submit entries is the November 23, 2023.

Art Show Rules

This Terms of Use Agreement sets the standards of use of the website at www.greycubegallery.com. You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before applying. Each month Show will have different theme and it is extremely important to follow specific theme. By using the Grey Cube Gallery website “You” agree to these terms and conditions:

- Artworks containing pornographic or satanic content will not be taken into consideration

- Contest is open to all artists worldwide over 18 years of age

- Your entry must be related to the specific theme

- Entry fees are non-refundable

- You may submit 2 images per entry fee. There is no limit to the number of entries per artist

- Images should be orginal work created by the artist

- Only the artwork should be visible, clear and in focus.

- Image size should be up to 2.0 MB in JPG format

Awards

- All winning artists will receive a digital award certificate.

- Best of Show, first, second and third place will be largely displayed with an article  about the artist and  their work.

- Winning artwork (Best of Show) will be on the poster of the show.

- Depending on the number and quality of all submissions received, Merit awards and Honorable Mention awards may also be presented.

- All accepted works will be displayed with the artist name, title of work, and a link back to their website, or email address if they do not have a website.

- All Accepted artists will receive extensive online publicity and promotion on our website.

Entry Fee

- The application fee is $20 for the 2 images, $30 for the 4 images, $42 for the 6 images, and $50 for up to 8 images.

- You may submit more than once

- Entry fees are non - refundable.

Image Preparation

- Select an image (up to 2 MB) of your artwork

- Include an artist statement to be included with your art

- Fill out all required information

- Submit your artwork

- Your will be redirected to Pay Pal for payment

- You will receive a confirmation email after your payment is complete.

Criteria for Judging

The artwork submitted to our competitions will be judged based on the following elements of artistic expression:

- originality and quality of art

- demonstration of artistic ability

- interpretation of the theme

- creativity

- overall design

- usage of medium

Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions constitute an agreement between "You" and greycubegallery.com. By using our website, you must agree to the following:

- Your images will be used only for marketing, promotional, and display purposes for any show organized by Grey Cube Gallery.

- You the artist agrees to allow Grey Cube Gallery to archive choosen artwork as part of exhibition. This will be available for public viewing on our website greycubegallery.com

- The artist shall retain all copyrights of any image they submit to Grey Cube Gallery.

- All images on the site may not be reproduced or used in any manner without the permission of Grey Cube Gallery and the relevant artist.
