About the event
What does it mean to be king? Lawrence Arts Center invites artists of all mediums and experience levels to share their interpretations of the crown. Whether it’s a playful take on Elvis, a thoughtful dissection of the responsibility of power, or a complex examination of royally-sized candy bars, the gauntlet is yours!
Works must be no larger than 24” in any direction, including finished and/or framed works. Open to 2D and 3D works. Applicants can enter up to 3 pieces for $25. Artwork chosen to be exhibited is not required to be for sale. Artwork that exceeds the size limit will not be considered.
