The creator and organizer of Panama Poster Biennial is the PANAMA POSTER GROUP, which holds all rights to the event. The University of Panama, through the Manuel E. Amador Art Gallery, an institution registered with the Directorate of Culture under the Office of the Vice-Rector for Extension, is officially collaborating with the event, giving it academic value.
