SculptureWalk Sioux Falls - Call for Art

Each year, SculptureWalk transforms downtown Sioux Falls into one of the nation’s largest annual exhibits of public sculpture, welcoming thousands of visitors to experience original works by artists from across the United States and beyond. We invite emerging, mid-career and established sculptors to submit their work for consideration.

Selected artists receive a $1,500 honorarium, insurance coverage for accepted sculptures, travel assistance for qualifying artists and a complimentary hotel stay during installation weekend.

In addition to the honorarium, artists have the opportunity to earn significant recognition and cash awards. The annual Best of Show winner is purchased by the City of Sioux Falls for up to $30,000, becoming part of Sioux Falls’ permanent public art collection. Visitors also vote throughout the exhibition for their favorite sculptures, with People’s Choice Awards totaling $6,000.
