Eligible media: Oil, Pastel, Acrylic, Watercolor, Casein, Egg Tempera, Oil Sticks, and Gouache. No mixed media, colored pencils, photography, digital or any other media. No digitally manipulated work, painted giclee prints or any other type of reproductions, no manipulated or painted over photos.
