Life’s Little Pleasures Holiday Gift Show

Hello Artists,

We invite you to contribute to our exhibit “Life’s Little Pleasures Holiday Gift Show” at the Confluence Gallery in Twisp, WA. The show will open on 11/25/2023 and will run thru 1/6/2024. When emailing the gallery at exhibits@confluencegallery.org about this show, you must include “Life’s Little Pleasures” in the subject line.

Life’s little pleasures come in all shapes and sizes, from dancing in the rain to smelling a rose! We invite you to explore what life’s little pleasures mean to you, but with one catch. Each fabulous art piece you submit needs to come in under 5” in all directions. Show us what gives you big joy, but in wee form!

Number of pieces to submit: up to 12 pieces . Here are the rules- Each piece must be: Your own original work. Available for sale. Created in the last 3 years. Never previously shown at The Confluence. 5”w x 5”d x 5”h or less Any Medium Ready for hanging with appropriate hardware/wire secured to work (works without hanging hardware will not be hung)

Please note the curator(s) have the right to refuse work , even after work is delivered to the gallery, if it does not contribute to the direction, cohesiveness, or available space of the show. We are looking for high quality execution and thoughtful content that contribute to the vision of the show as stated above.

Deadlines: Intent to Submit and digital samples of work or website by 8/25/2023 (email to exhibits@confluencegallery.org) All emails MUST include ‘Life’s Little Pleasures’ in the subject line. Images (Jpeg preferred) of accepted work or work in progress by 10/25/2023 (email to exhibits@confluencegallery.org ) 300 dpi jpg format for promotional materials). Completed works, Inventory Form, Confluence Gallery Contract, Artist Statement, and Bio by 11/18/2023. Show Opening 11/25/2023. Show Closes 1/6/2024. Work will be available for pick up Sunday or Monday following the closing date 10am-noon. Please contact gallery at info@confluencegallery.org if other arrangements need to be made beyond those dates and times.
