About the event
How do you visualize the invisible? This national exhibition presents experimental, traditional, and multimedia drawings that explore how the mystical and spiritual can be captured within art. The works in the show celebrate how nature and the spirit can come together to create imaginative realms, uplifting beauty, and transcendental narratives.
Drawing can be an act of putting a line on paper to create form, or a record of a meditative or ritual practice. Shape, color, light, space, and line used harmoniously together evoke emotion that can capture the human soul. In a period where information is at your fingertips, this exhibition aims to bring a child- like curiosity of magical whimsy back into the world.
