Ah Haa School for the Arts - Immersive Installation Opportunity 2025

Ah Haa HAHA aims to create a dynamic contemporary art event that is accessible, engaging, and thrilling for all those involved. Now in its fourth year, HAHA was conceived by Kris Kwasniewski, the Exhibitions Manager at Ah Haa School for the Arts, and Christin Marcos, the Director of Development. The event serves as an inclusive celebration that challenges our perceptions of what is possible within the realm of art.

Selected HAHA artists receive a material stipend and are provided with specific logistical parameters, while being granted full creative freedom to design and execute an immersive experience that reflects their artistic vision. Previous HAHA artists have been featured in prestigious outlets such as National Public Radio, The Los Angeles Times, TEDx, and the New York Times, and have exhibited their work in prominent venues like The White House, Victoria & Albert Museum, and the Museum of Contemporary Art Denver.

The mission of Ah Haa is to foster community and joy through art, providing opportunities for a diverse range of artists to share their creative expression. HAHA upholds a strong commitment to supporting local, national, and international artists, particularly those from marginalized communities. Outreach programs led by HAHA artists offer opportunities for free participatory events and creative activities in Telluride, promoting a sense of community and shared expression.
