Thank you for your interest in the Almenara Art Prize! This competition is a wonderful opportunity for artists from around the world to gain recognition and showcase their work on an international platform. Below, you will find all the important details regarding how to enter your paintings.

All artists wishing to participate must submit their entries by June 30th, 2025. For a full overview of deadlines, announcements, and judging phases, please visit our competition calendar on our website.

We welcome artists from any country to apply, and you are free to enter in one or multiple categories. There is no restriction on the number of paintings you may submit, and you are not limited by size—both large and small works are equally eligible. Additionally, participation in the competition does not require artworks to be for sale. However, please be aware that only pieces listed for sale will be considered for the Purchase Awards. Artworks that are not available for purchase can still compete for all other prizes and recognitions, ensuring that every artist has a fair chance at winning.

All accepted artists, finalists, and winners will receive international exposure through The Almenara Collection Website, as well as on Instagram and Facebook. Winners will also receive a permanent feature in the online collection, allowing them to be showcased indefinitely on our platform.

It’s important to note that artworks do not need to be available for a physical exhibition in order to participate or win prizes. This ensures that artists from all over the world—regardless of location—can take part in the competition without logistical concerns.
