What Do I Need to Register Online?

Good news! You can register online using almost any modern device, whether it's a Windows PC, Mac, tablet, or smartphone. That said, to avoid any glitches or submission errors, we highly recommend using an updated web browser. The latest versions of Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, or Microsoft Edge are best suited for a smooth registration process. Older browsers may not display all website features properly, which could lead to unexpected issues when submitting your work. To be on the safe side, double-check that both your operating system and browser are up to date before you start.

What Happens to My Work After I Submit It?

As part of the exhibition process, we may need to use your submitted images for promotional materials and the event catalogue. However, you don’t have to worry about your work being used indiscriminately. The publication rights you agree to when registering only apply if you are selected as a finalist. This means that if your work is not chosen for the final exhibition, we won’t use it for promotional purposes or in the catalogue. If you do become a finalist, we may feature your submission in online galleries, printed materials, and event advertisements to showcase your work to a broader audience.

How Can I Make Sure My Signature Stays Hidden?

We are committed to keeping the selection process fair and anonymous. That’s why it’s essential that your signature or any identifying marks are not visible at any stage of the registration or exhibition. If you are submitting a digital file, you can either crop out the signature or cover it with a black bar before uploading. If you’re submitting an original, physical piece, you can use removable masking tape to cover your signature. Don’t worry—signatures on the back of your artwork are fine and won’t affect your submission. After the awards are announced, you’ll be allowed to remove any masking tape for the remainder of the exhibition. This rule also applies to any other identifying elements within your work, including symbols, initials, or personalized details.
