Step into the future of art with the Emerging New Media Artists Programme — a dynamic and immersive one-year journey designed specifically for the bold, the curious, and the visionary creators of tomorrow. This transformative programme blends theory, practice, and innovation, providing a fully supported environment where emerging artists can experiment, collaborate, and thrive in the fast-moving world of digital and new media arts.

Developed in collaboration with Le Fresnoy – Studio National des Arts Contemporains, this experience grants participants unparalleled access to next-generation technology, advanced production facilities, and mentorship from global leaders in contemporary art and research. It’s more than just a training programme — it’s a launchpad for creative evolution.

Open to emerging artists aged 35 or younger who have recently completed, or are about to complete, their graduate or postgraduate studies, the programme invites participants to engage with compelling themes such as artificial intelligence, VR/AR, immersive sound, experimental film, and digital archives. The year-long journey culminates in a major curated exhibition at DAF, celebrating the imaginative breakthroughs and boundary-pushing work of its participants.
