Rooted in Loewe's history as a collective craft workshop founded in 1846, this annual competition highlights the cultural importance of craftsmanship and its dynamic role in today’s society. Each year, the prize attracts outstanding submissions from skilled artisans around the globe, showcasing a rich variety of creativity and techniques across multiple craft disciplines. The winner will receive a prize of 50,000 euros, and both the shortlisted and winning works will be featured in an exhibition and accompanying catalogue in Paris in spring 2024.
