The visuals of all works accepted for the upcoming exhibition will be kept in the digital archives maintained by Fatih Sultan Mehmet Vakıf University. These visual records may subsequently be used by the university in a range of promotional materials and activities. This could include printed formats such as posters, brochures, and catalogs, as well as digital platforms including official websites, social media accounts, and televised broadcasts. Furthermore, the university may choose to feature these visual materials in educational activities or at various public events for promotional or academic purposes.

By submitting their designs and participating in the exhibition, all artists and designers are automatically agreeing to these terms and conditions. They acknowledge and accept that their works may be used for promotional, educational, and event-related purposes without additional permissions being required.

It is important to note that the date and venue of the exhibition may be subject to change based on the decisions of the organizing committee. Should any such changes occur, the participants will be informed promptly to ensure they remain well-informed and prepared for any updates.
